30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to experience DreamPhones with confidence. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your DreamPhones within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Normal, careful trial use during the 30-day period does not affect your eligibility — the guarantee exists so you can actually try the product.

How to Start a Return

Email contact@dreamphones.ai with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Returns should include the device and included accessories in their original packaging where possible, and require proof of purchase.

Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval; your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately at contact@dreamphones.ai if anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered — we will make it right at no cost to you.

Warranty

DreamPhones hardware is also covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. See our Terms of Service for full warranty terms.

Exceptions

Gift cards and consumable accessories that have been opened (such as replacement ear cushions or electrode caps) are not returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have in your jurisdiction.
