Refund and Returns Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your DreamPhones product (or the product is not as described), you may return delivered physical products within 30 days from the day of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging and must not be damaged or otherwise impacted.
Returning DreamPhones Products
To initiate a return, please contact us at cantact@dreamphones.ai within 30 days of delivery. Our customer support team will provide step-by-step instructions and a return request form.
Note: You do not need to send the product back within 30 days, but you must contact us within that time to be eligible for a refund.
To return the product
- Products must be shipped in the original, undamaged packaging, including all accessories originally received.
- The product must not show signs of misuse or abnormal wear that would affect its performance or resale condition.
Please note: If you decide to send the return by yourself (without using the shipping method we suggest), you agree to take full responsibility for the delivery of the parcel. This means that if we do not receive the parcel, or if it is sent to the wrong address and we are unable to retrieve it, we reserve the right not to process the refund.
Reasons for which DreamPhones may refuse to issue a refund
DreamPhones may refuse a refund if we determine that:
- The product is returned damaged due to misuse, accident, neglect, water damage, fire, or other external causes.
- The product has noticeable cosmetic damage such as deep scratches, dents, cracks, or other surface damage caused by improper use.
- The defect or malfunction is not related to a defect in materials or workmanship.
- The returned product does not match the original order or does not include all original accessories.
Non-refundable items and fees
The following items and fees are not refundable and will not be included in the refund amount:
- Shipping and handling fees (where applicable).
- Optional subscription fees or add-on digital services.
If you are not the original purchaser (for example, if you received the product as a gift), please note that refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser and to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Return shipping region
We only accept returns shipped from the same country/region where the original order was delivered. If you are unsure whether your return qualifies, please contact us at contact@dreamphones.ai before sending any products back.
